Beta access

Apply for the Copynote beta.

We’re onboarding deliberately, starting with people who write at work in a second language. Tell us what you write and we’ll reach out as spots open. Beta members get founding-member access.

No false urgency. We read every application and onboard in batches.

WHO WE’RE ONBOARDING

People who write at work in a second language, first

Founders and job-seekers are welcome too — we’ll grow the table from there.

People who write to clients

Consultants, account managers, freelancers — anyone whose English has to land right with someone paying for the relationship.

Remote and cross-border teams

Working in English as the shared company language, on a team where it’s nobody’s first one.

Founders and job-seekers

Writing outreach, updates, and a LinkedIn profile that needs to sound confident, not translated.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, no lottery

Apply

Tell us what kind of writing takes you the longest. We read every application — there’s no waitlist lottery, just careful onboarding.

We reach out

As spots open, we invite people who write at work in a second language first. You’ll get access details and a quick way to get started.

Founding member

Beta members keep founding-member pricing as the product grows. Your feedback shapes what we build next.

Beta questions

How much does the beta cost?

You can start free. Paid plans are available, and beta members get founding-member access — early pricing we honor as the product grows.

When will I hear back?

We onboard in batches, prioritizing people who write at work in a second language. We don’t use false urgency — there are no “3 spots left” countdowns. We reach out as capacity opens.

What do I get during the beta?

The full workspace — draft-to-English rewriting, tone and register control, grammar review with explanations, your own vocabulary — plus a direct line to the team building it.
